All Wise Advanced products come with a 2-year limited warranty*1 from the date of purchase.

Within 30 Days

We will send you new products once DOA (Dead On Arrival) is confirmed. Defective units may be requested for return at our expense.

After 30 Days (within 2 years*1)

We will replace with refurbished products*2. Defective units may be requested for return to our collecting points or Taipei HQ at your expense.

Out of Warranty (after 2 years*1)

We will charge basic cost of products, and send you refurbished products*2 if you agree to proceed. No need to return defective units. Please send an email for a quotation.


*1 You can extend it to 3 years at no additional charge by registering your product within 30 days of purchase here.
*2 Refurbished products are under warranty for 180 days from the date of replacement.
*3 Please note that refunds can only be processed by the original store purchased from.
*4 Data Recovery Service is covered as part of our Limited Warranty. Data recovery is not guaranteed and will be determined based on diagnostics results.
*5 Please note that data recovery is not guaranteed, and could only be processed in our lab at our Taipei HQ.
*6 This Limited Warranty does not cover products purchased from sources other than Wise or a Wise authorized distributor / dealer (including non-authorized online auctions), or issues due to damage, malfunction and/or failure to product resulting from use of parts or supplies not sold or authorized by Wise.
