RMA Return

Please email us at info@wise-advanced.com.tw for RMA repair and include the following information:

  • Product Serial Number
  • Proof of Purchase / Registered Name for warrant
  • Return Shipping Address, Receiver Name, Phone number

Products shipped without the above information may be refused. All shipments to our facility should be on a freight prepaid basis and fully insured by the buyer. Reporting RMA to the original purchasing source is also available.

For OUT-OF-WARRANTY Products:

A fee will be quoted upon each non-warranty product that is sent to Wise Advanced for service and / or repair.

The fee will cover the following:

PCB Board

Evaluation, reconditioning, data extraction and parts replacement (when applicable).

Controller

Evaluation, physical review and diagnostic analysis prior to actual repair.

Data Rescue

Applicationof professional data rescue software to extract data; Result may vary and not guaranteed depending on individual case.
