Taipei, Taiwan - Apr 6, 2019 - Wise Advanced Co., Ltd. today announced the development of the CFexpress Type B memory card (CFX Series) and card reader (WA-CX01) － the next generation of CFast and XQD form factors. This format is designed by the latest PCIe Gen3 interface with two lanes (X2), which offers around triple speed as much as Wise CFast memory card. With write speeds of up to 1550 MB/s, the data storage reaches new heights in industrial and professional use. The up to 1700 MB/s reads accelerate large RAW files and high-res images offload for post-production. The Wise CFexpress will be incorporated into existing supported cameras when the firmware is updated.
